BPC-157 capsule market is restrictive. Following vendor research, only Real Peptides provides BPC-157 in the form of capsules along with its analytical testing report. Both PeptideGod and Real Peptides sell lyophilized vials, but it’s a different product. This page lists the available options showing capsules versus vials, and how to check the details before buying oral BPC-157.
The evaluation of products is done on four different aspects: testing performed by a third party (the visibility of COA), announced purity, labeling completeness (the amount per unit, SKU and components) and price per milligram. The company doesn’t receive any payments from suppliers or have affiliate agreements that might impact its ranking.

In our evaluation, Real Peptides is the only vendor that sells BPC-157 capsules. The BPC-157 product includes 100 capsules, with 500 mcg in each one for a total of 50 mg per bottle. The price is $120, or $1.20 per capsule and $2.40 per mg. The website indicates that the HPLC purity is 99% or more with lot-specific CoA (sku RP-BPC500C).
The use of capsules removes the need for reconstitution. This means that there is no need for any bacteriostatic water, nor for a syringe, nor for being refrigerated after opening. Each capsule gives you a fixed amount of 500 mcg. However, the drawback is that while vials allow users to adjust the amount of medication taken depending on how much they draw, capsules do not allow for such adjustments.
As of the time of this review, the product was marked as unavailable. Availability changes frequently, and one should check its product page to confirm current availability status. In order to view a side-by-side breakdown of competing vendors, please refer to our PeptideGod vs Real Peptides comparison.
The products listed below are powders that have undergone the process of freeze-drying and are stored in sealed vials. They are not in capsule form, however, a vial has to be mixed with bacteriostatic water before use and, once mixed, is to be stored in a refrigerator. We have included these products solely for the sake of completeness because some buyers think of these vials to be an alternative to capsules when the latter are not available.
Priced at $43.20 for 10 mg of lyophilized BPC-157 (SKU RP-BPC10V). The cost is $4.32 per milligram. The product page displays HPLC purity of 99% or higher, a lot-specific COA and endotoxin screening. Currently out of stock. Reconstitution requires bacteriostatic water (Real Peptides sells a 10 ml vial for $4.80). Use our reconstitution calculator to determine concentration after mixing.
The price of the product is $34.95. On the product page, there is no mention of the number of milligrams per vial, the purity percentage, or whether or not there is a Certificate of Analysis. Since the number of milligrams is not stated, there is no way to calculate the cost per milligram. The product is currently available in the inventory.
The product is sold for $59.95 as a combined dosage of BPC 157 and TB 500 in the same vial. The product page does not contain any information about the dosages, purity or the certificate of analysis.
BPC-157 is available in two salt forms: acetate salt and arginine salt (sometimes called BPC-157 stable). The acetate form is more common in research settings. The arginine form was developed for improved stability. The product page should specify which salt form the capsule contains. Different salt forms have different molecular weights, which affects the actual peptide content per microgram.
Capsule products vary in the amount of BPC-157 per unit. The Real Peptides capsule contains 500 mcg. Other vendors outside this review may offer 200 mcg, 250 mcg or other amounts. Compare products on a per-milligram basis to get accurate pricing. A lower sticker price means nothing if the capsule contains half the peptide.
A published COA with HPLC data confirms the identity and purity of the peptide in the capsule. Without it, you are relying on the label claim alone. Real Peptides publishes lot-specific COAs. Any capsule vendor that does not provide a COA should be approached with caution. For more on understanding vendor documentation, see our where to buy capsules guide.
In our evaluation, only Real Peptides has sold BPC-157 in capsules along with verification through third-party testing. Due to the availability of 100 capsules, each weighing 500 mcg for $120, Real Peptides ranks first as the only capsule product with a COA backing.
Real Peptides capsules cost $2.40/mg, which is much less than $4.32/mg for its 10 mg vial. However, when we consider the total amount spent on capsules ($120 for 50mg total), we find that it actually costs more than a single vial ($43.20 for 10 mg), although you get more peptides. Value is determined by quantities needed.
We are unable to say. Stock changes over time. Look at the Real Peptides product page for more up-to-date information. The capsules vs pills page tells you why peptide capsules require more specialized production than regular supplements.
